Guest Policy Details
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled prior to 14 days from arrival date will be charged a $55 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days or less prior to arrival date, will result in a 100% forfeiture of the reservation fee.
Maid Service
Maid service will be provided upon request for an additional fee.
Laundry
A guest laundry facility is provided on site.
Linens
Towel Exchange Available Every Tuesday & Thursday.
Pet Friendly
Dogs are welcome at The Tiki. The following pet fees apply: $75.00 for the first pet, $45 for the second pet. See our Pet-Friendly Vacations page for more information.
Parking & Security
Limited on-site parking is available at The Tiki. Should you need extra parking please make arrangements with the Tiki office. Tents, campers, motor homes, or boats are not permitted on property. Security patrols the property on an on-going basis. Parking permits are required for all registered guests and visitors of the registered guest.
Wristbands
To enjoy access to our property amenities, wristbands are required for all registered guests and visitors of the registered guest.
Damage Waiver
For a fee of $59, the Damage Waiver Program covers accidental loss or damage on the property caused by you (Renter) up to $1,500.00 during your scheduled stay to the rented property (Condominium).
