I have been staying here for 22 years now. They did have a couple years where management fell. I didn’t go there for two years went back and it is up and running perfect! This condo is not for party people. This is a quiet place to stay! Great for families! Also, the beach in front of the Tiki is never over ran by a lot of beach goers. Also the South Padre Turtle place is right across the street! Staff is always more than helpful … and security guards that patrol every night.

This place is always clean. They have pet friendly condos and I never have issues taking my pets. Walking distance to the beach. Water hose at the beach gate. Perfect for families with pets.

What a perfect stay! Everything we needed. Clean, quiet & convenient. Located on the beach with a super short walk. Security patrol nonstop. Parking super convenient. Only downfall was the intake in the restroom was louder than a vacuum cleaner.
The Pickle
This is our second year at The Tiki. It's a great dog-friendly condo considering the price point. The front desk and staff are responsive and helpful. We had an issue with a belligerent family and it was handled promptly. The grounds and pools are gorgeous. The location is great. The rooms are stocked well but I wish they'd include toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap). I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in SPI.

It's not luxury it's not fancy but it is affordable and nice. The grounds make me feel like I'm in 1970's Hawaii with the green St Augustine grass and palm trees and tropical landscaping and clean pools. Air flow is nice throughout the courtyards and always a warm breeze. It's right next door to some of the most popular bar/grills and they do fireworks off the pier on Friday nights. Plenty of parking and staff is always easy to deal with. As long as they keep rates reasonable I'll keep coming here. I've stayed here 3 times.

Nice place to stay while on vacation, staff is friendly and answer any questions needed. Rooms are super clean and spacious. It is a nice, calm, and quiet environment. Able to see the firework display from Claytons from the comfort of your room.

I absolutely loved my stay. The room was an oceanfront room, so naturally there was a spectacular view with a spacious balcony overseeing the ocean and the surrounding areas. What I also loved was how quiet it was throughout the stay, albeit it was during the week after summer had ended. The interior of the room was clean, comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. Overall it was a wonderful stay with great staff working there. I will definitely return later on.
